Our Wellness and Me week was dedicated to mindfulness and well-being. Students learned about setting healthy boundaries, practised mindful breathing, and explored nutritious food choices through our colourful Rainbow Plate activity. They also enjoyed an adventurous and fun-filled day at the Indoor Playground @ SAFRA (Jurong), before ending the week with a calming yoga session.
